The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution. This role requires a self-motivated professional with a strong sales acumen and a proven record of closing high-value deals. Key Responsibilities (KRAs): - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the SAP domain and other IT solutions. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations. - Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure and account growth. - Collaborate with internal teams (technical, delivery, and marketing) to develop tailored solutions for client needs. - Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and customer needs. - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the organization. - Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior leadership. - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. - Provide strategic input on go-to-market plans, pricing, and solution positioning. - Ensure client satisfaction and retention through ongoing relationship management and post-sales support.
