Social Media Manager Description: Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute creative and engaging social media content strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Twitter (X), Facebook, TikTok, and others. - Create high-quality social media copy, captions, articles, features, and blog posts related to cricket. - Stay constantly updated with live cricket matches, breaking news, trends, and events across all formats (T20, ODI, Test) and genders. - Create and publish content quickly during live matches and key moments, ensuring speed without compromising quality. - Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and optimize content for reach, engagement, and growth. - Track platform trends, algorithms, and best practices to continuously improve content performance. - Collaborate with internal teams (design, video, editorial) to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging. Must-Have Skills: - 5+ years of experience in social media management and community building. - Strong understanding of platform algorithms, content formats, content creation and engagement mechanics. - Excellent written communication skills with a strong sense of brand voice. - Ability to manage multiple platforms and conversations simultaneously.
