Chartered Accountant Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Chartered Accountant to manage our clients' accounting, taxation, and compliance needs. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements, and capable of providing advisory and operational support. Roles and responsibilities: - Handle day-to-day accounting for multiple clients. - Prepare and review financial statements as per Indian GAAP. - Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns. - Conduct internal audits and compliance checks. - Assist in ROC filings, company incorporation, and secretarial work. - Coordinate with statutory auditors and tax consultants. - Advise clients on tax planning, regulatory updates, and cost optimization. - Support Korean clients in understanding Indian financial systems (Korean language knowledge is a plus, not mandatory). Mandatory Requirements: - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 03 - 05 years of post-qualification experience. - Strong knowledge of Income Tax, GST, TDS, ROC compliance, Income Tax plannings, IND AS and accounting standards. - Proficient in Tally, Zoho Books, or other accounting software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines. - Knowledge of Korean language or experience with Korean clients is an advantage

Chartered Accountant Job Summary: The Company Secretary ensures that the organization complies with applicable corporate laws, statutory requirements, and regulatory frameworks while supporting the board and senior management in implementing good governance practices. The role also involves managing company records, ensuring timely filings, and coordinating regulatory communications, with a growing focus on foreign company incorporation and FEMA-related compliance. Roles and responsibilities: - Organize and support board and committee meetings, including preparing agendas, drafting accurate minutes and ensuring follow-up on action items. - Ensure statutory filings and compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, and related regulations. - Handle incorporation and registration of foreign companies and their liaison/branch/project offices in India. - Manage compliance obligations under FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act), including filings with RBI and related authorities. - Maintain statutory registers, records, and documents as per legal and regulatory norms. - Act as a point of contact between the board of directors, shareholders, and regulatory authorities. - Assist in drafting board resolutions, corporate policies, and disclosures. - Monitor changes in legal and regulatory frameworks and advise management accordingly. - Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, legal advisors, and government agencies as required. Mandatory requirements: - Company Secretary (CS) qualification completed. - 1-2 years of relevant experience in secretarial, compliance, or corporate governance functions. - Working knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013. - Exposure to incorporation processes for foreign companies. - Familiarity with FEMA-related procedures and compliance. - Proficient in MS Office and document management tools. - Strong communication, drafting, and organizational skills. - Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
