We are looking for a Product Delivery Manager who will be: - Leading the product development and execution in the R&D from requirement definition and planning until successful delivery at the customers sites. - Strong matrix interaction with multiple inner organization interfaces R&D, Product Management, System Architecture, QA, Project delivery management, DevOps, etc. - Experienced manager with a technical background, self-learner, capable of working independently. - Full responsibility for planning and managing SW delivery lifecycle in the R&D, this includes ensuring an on-time delivery, that meets business requirements and quality success criteria. Requirements: Your tool box: - 3 -5 years of managerial experience in software development as a group leader, project manager, or delivery manager. - Practical experience of at least 3 years in R&D as a senior developer / QA or team leader. - Significant experience in a matrix environment. - Experience in managing complex integrations and versions. - Excellent interpersonal abilities. Also important: - Ability to understand wide perspective system view, including high and low-level technical architecture. - Ability to facilitate, debate, and drive decisions on appropriate solutions. - Ability to lead cross departments processes, ability to lead implementation of new processes. - Experience working with JIRA. - Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders. - Experience with managing large-scale development projects above 30MY value. - Bachelor or engineering degree in computer science. Cognyte - Product Delivery Manager

Role Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and mission-driven Sales Professional with a strong background in Defense & National Security solution selling. This role requires deep understanding of Indias defense procurement landscape, exceptional customer engagement skills, and the ability to drive business growth with key security stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end solution selling cycles for investigative analytics and security technology solutions. - Develop and nurture strong relationships with key customers, including Ministry of Defence, central intelligence agencies, state police forces, and other national security organizations. - Navigate defence procurement processes including tender management, bid preparation, and compliance with government policies. - Identify new opportunities and strategic programs within the National Security ecosystem. - Build and manage a robust partner network including system integrators and technology partners. - Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical engagements in collaboration with internal teams. - Track market trends, competitive intelligence, and contribute to go-to-market strategies. - Drive aggressive follow-ups for pipeline progression and timely closures. - Travel frequently and on short notices, as required for business engagements. Required Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors /Master's degree in Electronics/Computer Science Engineering (BTech/BE). (Candidates from private sector or ex-military backgrounds are welcome). - 10-12 years of experience in defence/security technology sales and solution selling. Strong understanding of: - Defence procurement processes and government bidding norms - National security architecture and operational workflows in India - Proven experience in managing Defence/Government accounts and channel partners. - Awareness of technologies such as Telecom, Satcom, IP Networks, RF Systems, OSINT, AI/ML analytics, and Cybersecurity. - High adaptability, strong ownership mindset, and willingness to work with flexibilityno WFH constraints.
