Role & Responsibility: - Development of SEO strategies, consulting and executing SEO tactics, as well as development of training programs for our clients to allow them ongoing success in natural search marketing. - Lead and develop an experienced SEO team to drive successful client engagements and natural search results for our clients. - Understanding and adherence to search engine algorithms, shifts, requirements, and best-of-breed SEO. - Keyword research strategies (terms, head/tail, user intent, etc). - Site structure analysis, navigation, page construction and additional site audits recommendations for optimal search engine friendliness & indexing. - On-page optimization including content development strategies supported by professional copywriting (meta tags, content relevancy, keyword integration, semantic relevance, etc). - Work with the development team to ensure SEO, SEE, and Digital Marketing best practices are properly implemented on the newly developed website. - Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming. - Link building strategies and execution; including viral and buzz-oriented efforts. - Should have knowledge about Social Media, and advanced knowledge of Google Analytics. - Knowledge about LOCAL SEO will be especially important, knowing all the details about local ranking factors, such as Google Local optimization, citations, and others, is essential for this position. - Client reporting, analytics, Key Performance Indicators, and metrics for client evaluation.

Digital Marketing Website Project Manager Location: Indore (On-site) Experience: 5+ Years in Project Management Interview Mode: Virtual About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Digital Marketing Website Project Manager to join our team on-site in Indore. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of digital marketing website projects, from initiation through to successful completion. You will be the central point of contact, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards, while fostering strong communication between clients and our internal development teams. Please Note: We are specifically looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in Project Management roles, particularly within the context of web development or digital projects. Key Responsibilities: Project Lifecycle Management: - Oversee and manage the entire development lifecycle of digital marketing website projects, from initial scoping and planning through execution, launch, and post-launch review. - Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined objectives and quality standards. Planning & Execution: - Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and clear deliverables. - Convert complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications and detailed tasks for the development team. - Utilize project management tools like Jira and MS Project effectively to plan, track progress, manage sprints/phases, and report on project status. Monitoring & Control: - Continuously track project progress against established timelines and objectives. - Proactively identify potential risks, issues, and roadblocks, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. - Manage scope changes effectively, ensuring proper documentation and stakeholder alignment. Quality Assurance & Technical Oversight: - Ensure the technical quality, performance, and scalability of developed websites. - Leverage a strong understanding of WordPress and Gatsby.js development best practices to guide the technical team and ensure high-quality output. - Work closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to manage comprehensive testing, facilitate bug resolution, and ensure the overall quality of the delivered product before deployment. Communication & Stakeholder Management: - Maintain clear, consistent, and proactive communication with clients and all internal teams (development, design, QA, marketing). - Provide regular, transparent progress reports, status updates, and risk assessments to all relevant stakeholders. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Deployment & Post-Launch: - Oversee the successful launch and deployment of websites, coordinating with technical teams to ensure smooth transitions. - Conduct post-launch reviews to evaluate project success, identify lessons learned, and inform future project improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: - Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrable experience in a Project Manager role, specifically managing web development or digital marketing projects. Technical Understanding: - Strong understanding of web development technologies and processes. - Proven experience with WordPress and Gatsby.js development best practices is essential. Project Management Tools: - Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira and MS Project. - Experience with other tools like Asana, Trello, or similar is a plus. Methodologies: - Familiarity with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall project management methodologies.
