Description: About the job Role : Technical Product Manager - AI Products Responsibilities: - Product Strategy and Roadmap Development: Work directly with the founders to define and articulate the product vision and strategy. - Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with business objectives and market needs. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to gather requirements, prioritise features, and ensure successful product delivery. - Documentation: Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) that communicate product specifications and business needs to the development team. - Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse product performance metrics post-launch to identify areas for improvement and ensure products meet user expectations and business objectives. - Innovation and Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities for product enhancements and innovations that will drive growth and improve user satisfaction. - Processing and massaging complex business needs and converting them into easy-to-understand functional and nonfunctional requirements that can be consumed easily by the engineering team. - Manage the product roadmap and ensure that products are aligned with business goals - Develop and manage product budgets - Track product performance and make data-driven decisions - Communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed of product progress Requirements: - Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies - Experience with Agile development methodologies - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies. Mindset: A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling products. Education: Any Engineering graduate & MBA from Premium Institutes with experience in product management in an e-commerce industry / IT Product company will be plus. Experience: Relevant experience as a Product Manager post MBA 4 to 6 yrs.
