Proposal Analyst / Business Development Executive We are seeking an experienced and driven Proposal Analyst / Business Development Executive with a strong understanding of satellite communication technologies and business models. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in analyzing, preparing, and responding to technical and commercial proposals within the satellite or related telecom industries. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and respond to technical and commercial RFPs/RFIs/RFQs, with a specific focus on satellite systems and services. - Collaborate with engineering, sales, and management teams to build accurate and competitive proposal responses. - Interpret technical requirements from prospective clients and map them to internal capabilities. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of satellite communication terminologies, industry standards, and market dynamics. - Coordinate the end-to-end proposal development lifecycle, ensuring on-time submission and high-quality documentation. - Review and improve proposal templates, technical narratives, and solution descriptions regularly. - Support pre-sales discussions, technical clarifications, and follow-ups post-proposal submission. Requirements - 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in satellite communications, telecommunications, aerospace, or a similar domain. - Strong familiarity with satellite terminologies, including payload types, frequency bands, orbital mechanics, link budgets, etc. - Proven ability to understand and respond to complex technical business proposals and government/commercial RFPs. - Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills. - Experience working with cross-functional teams (technical and business) to develop winning proposals. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Space Science, or related field preferred. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience working with satellite technology vendors, satellite operators, ground segment providers, or system integrators. - Exposure to international satellite business trends and regulatory environments. - Familiarity with proposal tools like Google Office Suite, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF, Canva or professional proposal management tools. As we expand our footprint in domestic and global markets, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead revenue growth, drive strategic customer engagement, and build a robust sales engine for our wireless/terrestrial portfolio. Requirements Role Overview: The Head of Sales Wireless/Terrestrial Division will own the sales strategy, execution, and performance across our terrestrial wireless solutions. This leader will spearhead business development efforts, drive partner and customer acquisition, and lead a high-performing sales team targeting telecom operators, defence organizations, government entities, and enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth in wireless and terrestrial communication markets. - Identify, target, and close strategic opportunities in telecom infrastructure, defence communications, smart cities, and enterprise networks. - Build and lead a results-driven sales team focused on achieving and exceeding revenue targets. - Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and system integrators. - Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product roadmaps. - Establish and scale a channel ecosystem, including distributors and OEM partnerships. - Drive accurate forecasting, sales KPIs, pipeline visibility, and performance metrics. - Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and forums. - Monitor market dynamics and provide regular feedback to leadership on competitive trends and customer needs. Key Skills & Experience: - 15+ years of progressive sales leadership in wireless communications, telecom infrastructure, or related hi-tech sectors. - Strong understanding of wireless backhaul, RF communications, 5G/4G infrastructure, and broadband network solutions. - Proven track record of closing large deals and managing strategic accounts across government and enterprise segments. - Global or regional experience with telecom operators, defence/public sector clients, and infrastructure OEMs. - Experience working in entrepreneurial or startup environments is highly desirable. - Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Business acumen and technology fluency to engage deeply with technical and executive stakeholders. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Electronics / Telecommunications or equivalent. - MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Strategy is preferred.
