- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team. - The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and enhancing our company's market presence. - You will lead the sales team, monitor performance, and ensure sales targets are achieved in your assigned territory. Key Responsibilities (KRAs): - Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the assigned area - Monitor and report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance - Build and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities - Collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams to align strategies - Coordinate with external distributors and partners to increase market reach - Conduct regular market visits to assess customer needs and competitor activities - Train, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve performance goals - Assist in creating annual sales and marketing plans and forecasts - Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain customer relationships - Report market trends and feedback to the leadership team Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or relevant field - 2-4 years of proven experience in technical or B2B sales - Strong knowledge of territory and channel sales management
