Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Solution Design - Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand customer pain points and design tailored omnichannel communication solutions aligned with business goals. Lead Qualification & Value Articulation - Partner with sales to qualify opportunities, identify fitment, and articulate value propositions through ROI-driven discussions. Product Demonstrations & Technical Presentations - Develop and deliver compelling live demos, workshops, and customized presentations that highlight intalk.ios capabilities and differentiation. Proposal & Documentation Management - Prepare detailed RFP/RFI responses, technical proposals, and solution architecture documentation to support the end-to-end sales cycle. Required Qualifications: Experience: - 1 - 3 years in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales role within SaaS, CRM, or communication technology domains. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consultative skills with the ability to translate technical features into business outcomes. - Proven ability to deliver persuasive product demonstrations and technical presentations to C-level and enterprise stakeholders. - Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, customer engagement systems, or CX/Contact Center technologies. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail in documentation and client interaction. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline (Masters preferred). - Relevant certifications in Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or Pre-Sales Consulting are advantageous
