Sukratūyā LearnTech has been gestated on a belief that professional augmentation starts from the first foot in the door we take en-route to our careers and the authentic world. The conviction flows from the years of experience the corporate sector has given us and a comprehensiveness that there is an ever enlarging competency chasm between campus and corporate, which, today result’s in a negative brunt on not just the businesses but also India as a whole.

Things aren't any better in the corporate sector where the frontline is expected to perform to their optimal level after just a brief training period and some hand holding, however we do not realise that every individual has their own development needs, people need constant coaching / mentoring to help them on their way which is rarely ever provided to the frontline.
We intend to workout the chicks in the armour of the LnD teams by giving them an open and transparent system that will allow both LnD & the Operations team to monitor the performance & Learning development of any employee at anytime.
