ZYWAVE - Technical Business Analyst

Zywave is expanding its Global Capability Center (GCC) in India and were looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a core technical, customer-facing role, bridging business needs with innovative technology solutions.

Location: Pune, India.

Work Mode: Hybrid.

Shift: CST Time Zone (7:00 PM 4:00 AM IST).

What Youll Do:

- Act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams.

- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Drive integration discussions across Salesforce, ERP, Gainsight, APIs, and more.

- Collaborate with US-based teams, working directly with Product Owners, Architects, and

Developers.

What Were Looking For:

- 3-6 years experience as a Technical Business Analyst in IT, SaaS, or Product organizations.

- Strong technical understanding of APIs, SQL/Databases, Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure), ERP, and Salesforce.

- Excellent communication skills with proven customer-facing experience.

- Ability to work CST time zone and manage multiple global priorities.
