About the Role:

We are looking for a customer-centric Product Owner to enhance digital experiences, content delivery, and marketing workflows. This role focuses on optimizing user journeys and driving engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own customer-facing product experiences and engagement journeys

- Manage content workflows and delivery across platforms

- Drive marketing automation and engagement initiatives

- Gather customer feedback and translate it into product requirements

- Collaborate with design teams to optimize UI/UX

- Support API integrations for seamless customer experiences

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles

- Experience with content and marketing platforms

- Ability to translate customer insights into product improvements

- Familiarity with API integrations

- Strong communication and stakeholder management

- Experience with CMS platforms
