Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Product Owner who will play a critical role in defining product vision, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful execution across cross-functional teams.

You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Product Management, and Business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision:

- Define, refine, and communicate the product vision aligned with organizational goals.

- Develop and maintain a clear strategic roadmap.

Backlog Ownership:

- Own and manage the product backlog with clear prioritization.

- Translate business needs and user insights into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements, validate use cases, and refine priorities.

- Bridge communication between business and engineering teams.

Documentation & Technical Understanding:

- Prepare detailed user stories, functional specifications, and API documentation.

- Work closely with engineering teams with strong technical fluency.

Agile Leadership:

- Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Ensure delivery of high-quality product increments.

Performance & Continuous Improvement:

- Monitor product performance using analytics and user feedback.

- Identify opportunities for improvement and drive enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

- 5 - 7 years of experience in Product Ownership or related roles.

Core Skills:

- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Proficiency in Jira & Confluence.

- Strong documentation and analytical abilities.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

- Scrum & Agile.

- UI Tools - Figma (Wireframing & Prototyping).

- API Testing (Postman).

- API Documentation.

- Insurance Domain Knowledge Must Have.

Good to Have:

- Power BI / Tableau.

- SQL.

- Snowflake.

- JSON.

- XML.

- XSLT.

Domain Requirement - Must Have:

Candidates must have prior hands-on experience in the Insurance domain.
