What You'll Do:
- Lead cross-functional projects, aligning Product, Tech, and Operations
- Use data insights to optimize business decisions and processes
- Manage execution on the ground with agility and ownership
- Drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation across functions
What We're Looking For:
- 3-6 years of experience in Program/Project Management or Business Operations
- Strong analytical mindset (Excel, SQL, Power BI knowledge a big plus)
- Background in tech, automotive, or logistics preferred
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced startup ecosystems
