Role: Program Manager / Category Manager

Location: Gurugram (Work from Office)

What You'll Do:

Data-Driven Problem Solving

- Analyze and synthesize data from various sources to identify trends and make business decisions.

Tech + Ops Alignment

- Bridge operations and technology - turn technical challenges into executable plans by working closely with Product, Engineering & Hub Ops teams.

Operational Excellence

- Own execution end-to-end, coordinate with Hub Heads and stakeholders to ensure on-ground efficiency and delivery.

Ideal Background:

- Experience as a Program Manager / Analyst

- Strong technical mindset or engineering background

- Exposure to automotive / workshop / engineering operations (EV experience is a bonus!)

- Ownership-driven, fast executor, and a multitasking pro

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
