Job Description: Product Manager

1. Role Summary:

We are looking for a Product Manager to drive end-to-end ownership of product features, from problem discovery to execution and impact measurement. The role requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and execution rigor.

2. Key Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy & Roadmap

- Define product vision, goals, and roadmap

- Prioritize features based on business impact, user needs, and data

- Align roadmap with company OKRs

Requirement & Execution:

- Create clear PRDs with problem, scope, and success metrics

- Break down features into epics - stories - tasks

- Work closely with engineering, design, and QA to deliver releases

Data & Analytics:

- Define and track product KPIs

- Analyze user behavior, funnels, and drop-offs

- Drive decisions using data + experimentation

- Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with:

- Operations

- Business

- Engineering

- Design

- Ensure alignment and timely delivery

- User Experience

- Work with design to deliver simple, intuitive UX

- Conduct user feedback loops and iterate

- Release & Impact Ownership

- Own feature launch and adoption

- Monitor post-release performance

- Drive continuous improvements
