Zypp Electric - Director - Fleet Management - IIT/NIT/BITS

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Fleet Operations department.

- Scale the self-procurement model across multiple regions.

- Develop and execute business operation scale-up strategies.

- Drive P&L performance and manage cost-center efficiency.

- Lead projects focused on Throughput, Cost, Quality, Safety, and Delivery, resulting in enhanced operational efficiency.

- Build, lead, and mentor a team of 50+ professionals while fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.

- Drive operational excellence and support Zypp's vision of sustainable and scalable EV-powered logistics.

Candidate Profile:

1. Expert in fleet maintenance and uptime

2. Strong knowledge and understanding of EV 2W

3. Ability to manage large teams

4. BTech preferred from Tier 1 college/MBA Preferred

5. Immediate Joiners preferred
