- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to join us in our Growth Team to develop and implement effective sales strategies targeting enterprise clients.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and leading sales teams to achieve their goals. This role will involve overseeing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to target enterprise clients.
- Set achievable sales goals and track progress towards meeting them.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and approach potential enterprise clients to generate new business.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Sales Pipeline Management:
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of new business opportunities.
- Track and manage sales cycles from lead generation through to deal closure.
Team Leadership and Coordination:
- Lead and support the sales team in achieving their targets and enhancing performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, etc.) to ensure client needs are effectively met.
Contract Negotiation and Deal Closing:
- Lead negotiations with enterprise clients to finalize contracts.
- Ensure that all deals align with company objectives and profitability goals.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Share insights with the team to refine and enhance sales strategies.
