- To develop strategies and plan for the Business Unit for achievement of sales and Market Share objectives
- To build customer focused business strategies and to provide overall direction to the sales & marketing teams to achieve the budgeted targets
- Timely activities and input planning to satisfy market needs and ensure smooth sales achievement
- To launch new products and achieve budgeted sales for the same
- To work towards strengthening brand offer using line extensions
- Build KOLs/Core customers for business augmentation, consolidation and Rx building
- To ensure high quality market intelligence information is gathered on a continuous basis, analyzed and interpreted accurately to enable management to take proactive quick actions wherever required
- Optimum utilization of promotional investments to generate ROI
People Development:
- To create a value driven culture.
- Coach & develop the brand team for optimum productivity & future responsibilities
- Interact with Medical Service Cell to help answer queries to ensure customer satisfaction
- Co-ordinate with Commercial department for operational efficiency of Purchase, Printings & Dispatches
- Coordinate amongst various Cross Functional Teams for miscellaneous issues resolution and strategy
implementation
- Budget planning, brand review primary, secondary analysis, ORG & CMARC analysis, course correction
- To design promotional strategies for brands of SBU to increase market share and profitability
Candidate Profile:
- Current Group Product Managers or Marketing Managers can apply
- Respiratory therapy experience will be an added advantage
