Zycus is looking for a Senior Manager - Performance Marketing with around 8-10 years of experience in performance marketing, especially in B2B industry. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) / Subject Matter Expert (SME) role requiring deep expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Youtube Ads and Meta Ads, with proven success in scaling high-budget campaigns and delivering measurable ROI. The role is strategy-focused, requiring strong business acumen, hands-on channel expertise, and the ability to independently drive enterprise pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Youtube Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

2. Lead audience segmentation for US and global markets to maximize targeting efficiency.

3. Manage and optimize large-scale budgets with a strong focus on ROI and pipeline contribution.

4. Design and run Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns leveraging platforms like Demand base or 6Sense.

5. Implement advanced measurement frameworks (attribution, CAC, CPL, MQLs, SQLs, ROI) to guide campaign strategy.

6. Partner with GTM, sales, content, and design teams to align campaigns with business objectives.

7. Act as the Performance Marketing SME advising stakeholders and introducing best practices.

8. Stay ahead of industry trends, platform innovations, and emerging tools to maintain a competitive edge.

A. Skills And Expertise:

1. 8-10 years of experience in paid media roles.

2. Solid hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ad campaigns, Google Ads (Search and Display), Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Youtube Ads.

3. Strong track record of managing large budgets with clear ROI impact.

4. MBA from a reputable business school.

B. Technical Skills:

1. Proficiency in analysing advertising data using tools like Google Analytics.

2. Proficiency in working with Google Tag Manager.

3. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua).

4. Ability to manage and optimize campaign budgets effectively.

C. Creative Skills:

1. Strong capability in developing and refining ad creatives and messaging.

2. Ability to provide creative inputs that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

D. Soft Skills:

1. Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights effectively.

2. Ability to craft visual data stories that drive decision-making.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with Demandbase or 6Sense or Factors for targeted B2B campaigns.

2. Certifications in Linkedin Ads, DemandBase, Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are a plus.
