As the Manager - Marketing (U.S Region Focus), you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies specifically tailored to the U.S. market. This role involves working closely with the sales, product, and global marketing teams to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and market penetration within the U.S. region. Your efforts will directly contribute to Zycus's growth and success in a key strategic market, impacting revenue generation and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for the U.S. region, aligning with overall business objectives and revenue targets.

- Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and public relations, to maximize ROI.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the U.S. procurement technology landscape.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing programs that support lead generation and sales enablement.

- Create compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, case studies, white papers, and presentations, to engage target audiences.

- Plan and execute U.S.-focused events, webinars, and conferences to generate leads and build brand awareness.

- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.

- Manage the U.S. marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to budgetary guidelines.

- Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, analysts, and media outlets in the U.S.

Required Skillset:

What are we Looking For:

- A great leader who can make a big impact and lead the growth of our business.

- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing (Growth/ Go to Market) with deep understanding and experience in building sales pipeline.

- Ability to bring in creativity to the role, while also being deeply data-driven and analytical in approach.

- Well-versed with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce etc.

- Hands-on experience with managing LinkedIn campaigns, Google PPC/ analytics etc.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Astute analytical ability - should have a natural flair for working with large data sets and identify trends and patterns to enable data-driven decision-making.

- Should be an MBA graduate from a Tier I B-School
