Description: Were looking for a Head of UX to lead our talented team of UI and UX experts and take our product design to the next level. This is a high-impact leadership role where youll shape the future of our product experience by combining a deep understanding of user behavior and usability with creative, modern design leadership.
You should have a proven track record of building world-class software UI, especially for enterprise-grade products, and experience leading high-performing design teams.

What Youll Do:
- Set the design vision and drive a consistent, user-centered approach across all products
- Build intuitive, elegant, and easy-to-use user interfaces for our software products
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to deliver exceptional product experiences
- Establish and scale design systems, tools, and best practices
- Promote a culture of design excellence and innovation across the company
What Were Looking For:
- Strong portfolio showcasing polished, enterprise-grade software UIs
- Expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and usability principles
- Proven ability to manage and mentor design teams
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or complex web applications.
- Working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) to communicate effectively with engineers.
- Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design standards.
- Degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
