He will be both an individual contributor plus a team manager. - Collaborating with Regional Sales Managers to accelerate influx of business opportunities in the assigned territory. - Reaching out via Phone/Email/Social Media to connect with prospective customers. - Conducting secondary research into company financials, line of business, technology requirements, etc., to personalize prospecting effort. - Staying up to date with the latest procurement industry trends &amp; best practice. - Competitor analysis &amp; positioning against them. - Delivering first-level Corporate Overview Presentations. - Pre-qualification of business opportunities (Gauging- Budget, Authority, Need &amp; Timeline) - Strategizing cross-functional campaigns to be conducted by BD &amp; Marketing. As a team manager his roles &amp; responsibilities include : - The AM will work closely with the Manager/Associate Director and the assigned Sales Head to support achieve the sales revenue targets in the assigned territories. - S/He is required to mentor and coach representatives to ensure that new business opportunities are added as per targets in Sales Funnel on a monthly basis. - S/He would be required to create effective messaging and positioning /competitive differentiation Vis a Vis major competition in the business - S/He would be responsible to track and report the key performance indicators of the team on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis. - S/He would be responsible for generating maximum footfalls and appointments during Global events and conferences. - We require minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Business Development - Compensation will be based on relevant years of experience REQUIREMENTS : Necessary Skill set: - Proficiency in written and Verbal French - Team Management skills - Ability to motivate, mobilize and scale up the team. - Good Collaboration skills - Abreast with market trends and events in the allocated territory/ territories - Good interviewing skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to do need gap analysis - Ability to think out of the box and be tomorrow- ready in terms of changing market condition BENEFITS : - Handling a team of 2 -3 people who are responsible for generating leads in different territories. - Strategic involvement in handling Business Development operations - International Sales Exposure
