Role Overview:
As an Assistant Manager - GTM, you will play a crucial role in driving Zycus's go-to-market strategy and execution. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and implement effective demand generation programs, ABM campaigns, and performance marketing initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, marketing analytics, and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and accelerating sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated go-to-market plans to support product launches and market expansion initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Design and implement targeted ABM campaigns to engage key accounts and drive pipeline growth, collaborating with sales to personalize messaging and outreach.
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including search, social media, and display advertising, to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Analyze marketing data and generate insightful reports to track campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with the content marketing team to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences and supports demand generation efforts.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, informing marketing strategies and tactics.
- Manage marketing budgets and track expenses to ensure efficient allocation of resources and adherence to budget guidelines.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful B2B marketing campaigns, including demand generation, ABM, and performance marketing initiatives.
- Proven experience in analyzing marketing data and generating actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on go-to-market strategy and demand generation.
