Role Overview:
As an AI-First Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of defining and driving the product strategy for Zycus's next-generation AI-powered solutions. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, defining product roadmaps, and working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver innovative and impactful products. This role requires a deep understanding of AI, particularly LLMs, and their application to solve real-world business problems in the procurement domain. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, including customers, sales, and leadership, to ensure that our products meet their needs and drive significant business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Zycus's AI-powered solutions, aligning with the overall company vision and market opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and unmet opportunities in the Source-to-Pay space.
- Translate market requirements and customer feedback into detailed product specifications and user stories for the engineering team.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the development team is focused on the most impactful features.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of AI technologies, particularly LLMs, and their application to solve business problems.
- Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement and future development.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product messaging.
- Present product updates and roadmaps to internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry analysts.
- Champion a data-driven approach to product management, using analytics and user research to inform decision-making.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategies that drive business growth in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven experience in product management, with a focus on AI-powered solutions and automation.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, particularly LLMs, and their application to solve real-world business problems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working with agile development methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
