Zurich Kotak - Vice President - Strategy

- Act as an internal strategy and execution arm

- Lead special projects from concept to implementation (not just PowerPoint)

- Conduct market sizing, competitor analysis, and opportunity assessment across products, geographies, and client segments

- Build commercial and financial business cases for new propositions, partnerships, and investments

- Support client-driven strategic initiatives alongside Distribution (e.g. bespoke propositions, pilots, new distribution models)

- Coordinate cross-functionally with Distribution, Actuarial, Product, Claims/TPA, Tech, Legal and Operations to land initiatives

- Translate strategy into clear execution roadmaps, KPIs, and ownership models

What are we looking for?

- Background in Top Tier strategy consulting

- Strong Excel / financial modelling and PowerPoint skills

- Structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven analysis

- Strong quantitative and analytical capability (market sizing, unit economics, scenario modelling)

- Ability to simplify complex businesses and propositions into clear, compelling narratives

- Commercial mindset with a strong understanding of how value is actually created and captured

- Strong stakeholder management skills across senior leadership and client-facing teams

- Ability to move seamlessly between strategy, analysis, and hands-on execution

- High ownership mentality; bias toward delivery over analysis paralysis

- Confident presenting to executives and external partners

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
