- Lead portfolio analysis to identify business risks, opportunities, and performance drivers. Deliver insights that support growth and risk management.

Statistical Modeling & Forecasting:

- Design and implement robust statistical models to forecast outcomes and support business planning.

Trend Analysis:

- Monitor and analyze market, customer, and portfolio trends. Transform findings into clear recommendations for strategy.

Advanced Data Analytics & Management:

- Champion advanced analytics techniques-including machine learning and predictive modeling-to tackle complex challenges. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance.

Strategic Leadership & Team Development:

- Inspire, guide, and mentor a team of analytics professionals, building a culture of excellence and learning.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Work closely with business leaders to understand needs, deliver insights, and communicate results in a clear, accessible way.

Required Skills:

Statistical Modeling:

- Strong experience developing and applying statistical models for business analysis and forecasting.

Insurance Product Knowledge:

- Solid understanding of insurance products, industry practices, and regulatory requirements.

Advanced Data Management:

- Expertise in managing large, complex data sets and ensuring data quality and compliance.

Technical Proficiency:

- Advanced skills in SAS and Python for data analysis, modeling, and automation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, or related field.

- 8-10 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data management.

- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Insurance or financial services experience is a plus.
