Job Summary : - We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced D2C Specialist/Marketing Head to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive the onboarding of emerging D2C brands in Jingls, and spearhead the brand positioning through PR and shoutouts. - The successful candidate will have a proven track record of creating and implementing successful D2C marketing strategies, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities : 1. Develop and implement D2C marketing strategies for onboarding emerging brands in Jingls. 2. Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to inform marketing strategies. 3. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering, to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. 4. Collaborate with PR and media partners to generate press coverage and brand awareness. 5. Manage influencer partnerships and campaigns to drive engagement and brand loyalty. 6. Create and execute social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. 5. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and use data insights to optimize strategy and tactics. 6. Collaborate with sales teams to develop promotional offers and campaigns to drive customer retention and revenue growth. Qualifications : 1. Bachelor's/P.G degree in marketing, business, or related field. 2. 5+ years of experience in D2C marketing, with a proven track record of success. 3. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and PR strategies. 4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. 6. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 7.
