Key Responsibilities:
Own the B2B Sales Cycle End-to-End
- Lead prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closures for Solar EPC & Smart Automation solutions across Real Estate Developers, Factories, and Warehouses.
Business Development / Market Expansion
- Conduct targeted cold visits and build new relationships across real estate builders, and industrial clusters.
Product Demonstrations & Technical Consultative Selling
- Deliver high-impact demos and solution walkthroughs tailored to site conditions and customer requirements.
Pipeline & Project Intelligence Management
- Maintain an updated pipeline of real estate projects and industrial accounts; track progress and forecast accurately.
Achieve Regional Sales Targets
- Work strategically to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.
Reporting & CRM Discipline
- Log activities, meetings, follow-ups, and forecasts in CRM; share weekly reports with leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (Hustlers, self-starters, and field-driven professionals preferred)
- 3 - 6 years of B2B field sales experience in Solar, Smart Home/Automation, Real Estate, Industrial Solutions, or similar
- Strong network within Punes real estate and industrial ecosystem
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and engage senior stakeholders
- Proficiency with CRM tools & MS Office
- Ownership mindset, high energy, and strong on-ground presence
