Job Brief:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Manager / Senior Sales Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end B2B sales cycle for our cutting-edge smart security and home automation solutions in the Bangalore region.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, relationship management, and solution selling within the real estate ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the End-to-End B2B Sales Cycle: Drive the complete sales process from lead generation to closure for smart products such as smart locks, video door phones, digital controllers, smart lighting, and more.
- Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Actively prospect and engage with real estate developers, architects, consultants, and PMC agencies to promote and position our IoT solutions in residential and commercial projects.
- Build Strategic Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders including procurement heads, project managers, and CXOs to influence decision-making and close large-scale deals.
- Product Demonstrations & Technical Pitching: Deliver tailored product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs based on the unique needs of each project and client.
- Project Pipeline Management: Maintain an active and updated pipeline of current and upcoming real estate projects, tracking engagement and progress at every stage.
- Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies to ensure our solutions are competitively positioned.
- Drive Sales Targets: Take full ownership of regional sales targets and work strategically to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- Reporting & CRM Management: Log all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system, and generate regular performance and forecast reports for senior leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- 510 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in smart home solutions, real estate, IoT, or automation.
- Strong network within the real estate industry in Bangalore, Mumbai & Gurgaon and surrounding regions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and influence senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
