Responsibilities:
- Lead more than one program and report the overall progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Control the cost of each program and complete each program within budget, on time and at full quality.
- Align the business, product and technology roadmaps and plan the team work against them.
- Gather requirements and design solutions for complex business problems.
- Work with stakeholders across functions to define and launch a program.
- Contribute to the product strategy and to the detail of each product area.
- Manage scope, schedule, resources, quality and business value and maintain the risk, issue, assumption and dependency registers.
- Own the cross-functional communication between the technology, business, product and quality teams.
- Identify gaps in delivery and close them with long-term solutions.
