
Wealth Manager
Description: The incumbent is expected to assist the Branch Managers in selling / distributing the Financial Products (third party products) like Mutual Fund, PMS, Bonds, NCDs, AIF & other structured investment products by creating awareness and achieve sales objectives in scaling-up the Company'business.

- Analyze and identify market needs and opportunities related to investment and financial product offering.
- Assist in developing and implementing Marketing strategy, aligning it with the overall business objectives and revenue targets.
- Analyze consumer behavior, identify market opportunities, and assist in developing strategy to distribute / sell different financial products / services.
Planning:
- Analyze consumer behavior, needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes to formulate effective business growth plans.
- Proactively assist in creating new initiatives to help grow the business and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Sales, Marketing and Product Promotion:
Sales:
- Acquire HNI customer/ clients.
- Manage AUM of HNI clients and provide required services.
- Educate the Customers / clients about product portfolio, investment options and services offered.
- Develop strong relationships and build network with HNI customers / clients.
Marketing and Product Promotion:
- Prepare marketing material and presentations on features and benefits to promote products and offerings.
- Use digital marketing and innovative ideas with focus on advertising and communications.
- Assist in designing and implementing effective strategies to optimally utilize social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook.
Forecasting and Reporting:
- Stay updated with the latest market trends, new product offerings and adapt to the requirements.
- Provide short-term and long-term market forecasts and reports.
- Stay updated with the competitors activities and offerings to identify new opportunities.
- Assist in developing new uses for existing products by acquiring & analyzing data/statistics regarding market development.
Revenue Generation:

- Forecast the revenue and business growth.
- Focus on achieving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing distribution new products / offerings in collaboration with sales team.
Role Requirements:
Qualifications:
- MBA and/or any other Diploma/Certification in marketing or related field is an added advantage.
Experience:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in sales & marketing function in BFSI or broking industry.
- Proven track record of distributing / selling third party financial products (MF, PMS etc.)
- Digital marketing experience, including experience using modern marketing technology solutions / tools.
Knowledge and skills:
- Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Market savvy with ability to sell.
- Self-driven with ability to think innovatively.
