Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly capable Staff Analyst to join our Strategy & Operations team.

Reporting to the VP, Growth & Pricing Strategy.

Your responsibilities will be:

- Owning and executing cross-functional projects to drive growth, optimize operations, and improve profitability.

- Tackling unstructured business problems by developing clear hypotheses and actionable frameworks.

- Preparing and presenting compelling narratives and recommendations for C-suite stakeholders.

- Monitoring market trends, competitive landscapes, and performance to proactively identify risks and opportunities.

- Mentoring junior analysts and acting as a thought partner for business leaders.

What Were Looking For (Minimum Qualifications):

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or MBA from a top-tier institution preferred.

- Outstanding presentation and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior leadership.
