We're looking for an experienced Deputy Manager - Fixed Assets to join our Fixed Assets team. Reporting to the Manager, US GAAP, you'll be responsible for:

- Managing fixed asset accounting processes incl. capitalization, disposals, transfers, impairments, and depreciation and complying with US GAAP/other standards

- Performing asset reconciliations, roll-forwards, and alignment of global secondary books with corporate standards

- Supporting internal and external audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and providing detailed explanations as required

- Collaborating with regional finance teams to uphold consistency in global accounting practices while driving process improvements and automation initiatives

- Assisting in preparing management reports and analyzing capital expenditures to provide insights for decision-making

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

- M.Com or CA with 6+ years of experience in accounting with a strong focus on fixed asset management

- In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principles, specifically around fixed assets

- Proficient in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred); experience with global multi-entity reporting is a must

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

- Advanced certifications in accounting/finance (e.g., CPA, ACCA)

- Proficiency in ERP systems like NetSuite

- Previous work experience in a multinational organization with exposure to global accounting practices and SOX compliance
