Our teams work in conjunction with onshore colleagues to deliver our sales and marketing projects to our clients. The Centers primarily support client projects based in North America, Europe and East Asia in the areas of Business Analysis, Business Operations and Business Technology. - ZS Corporate Support teams support the firm's core business operations by operating the internal enterprise. Our people come from diverse backgrounds, but share a passion for quality customer service and dedication- whether our customer is a client or another ZS employee. - We seek an experienced Senior Finance Analyst for our global finance team to join our Pune, India office. The position will provide financial analysis and reporting for our business units and enterprise support functions, and will have opportunities to interact directly with both regional and global firm leadership, including the CFO and Office/Regional Principals. Responsibilities - BI Reporting - Demonstrate expertise in building reports/queries within BO/BI tools. - BI Dashboarding expertise in at least one BI reporting tool like Power BI, Tableau is highly preferred. - Provides final review of report specification and report to ensure completeness. - Maintains report specifications and reviews report specs to ensure accuracy and compliance to reporting policy. - Reviews report usage to validate if activity warrants continued maintenance of existing reports. Business Analysis - Complete impact assessments for change requests and work requests on reporting environment. Ensuring a sense check of numbers going out from the team. - Assists business partners to update and review specs and serves as liaison between systems and business partners as and when required. - Interest in business and economic environment. Qualifications - - Technical skills include Business Objects, WebI, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, MS office (Excel, Access). - 6+ years of experience with report writing and development. - In depth knowledge of financial reporting required. - Effective communication skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Attention to detail. - Adaptability, multitasking and project management skills. - Demonstrate an ability to learn and desire to develop and improve by challenging status quo. - Interpersonal skills (ability to work with colleagues at all levels across multiple locations). - Time management & organizational skills. - Flexibility - able to react quickly to changing priorities and timelines. - Takes responsibility and demonstrates ownership of issues. - Demonstrating management control of delegated tasks.
