Job Description: Head of Performance Marketing (E-commerce D2C)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Performance Marketing to lead our digital customer acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven leader with a proven track record of scaling direct-to-consumer (D2C) and e-commerce brands. You will be responsible for overseeing all paid marketing channels, maximizing ROI, and driving significant revenue growth. This role requires a blend of hands-on expertise and high-level strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership & Strategy: Develop and lead a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and increase revenue. Build and manage a high-performing team of specialists.

- Channel Management: Oversee the execution and optimization of campaigns across all paid channels, including PPC, paid social (Meta, TikTok), display, affiliate, and retargeting.

- Budgeting & ROI: Own the performance marketing budget, accurately forecasting spend, and managing allocations to achieve optimal ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).

- Analytics & Reporting: Establish and maintain a robust analytics framework. Provide clear, data-driven insights and regular reports to the leadership team, highlighting key trends and opportunities for growth.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the brand, creative, and e-commerce teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey and consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

- Growth & Experimentation: Lead a culture of continuous testing and optimization, experimenting with new channels, audiences, and ad creatives to identify new growth levers.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in a performance marketing leadership role, with a strong focus on e-commerce and D2C.

- Proven track record of scaling paid media accounts to a multi-million dollar annual spend with a positive ROAS.

- Expert-level knowledge of major paid platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads.

- Deep understanding of e-commerce metrics and analytics, including LTV, AOV, and attribution models.

- Strong leadership skills, with experience building, mentoring, and managing a team.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
