Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing professional to join our team as a Team Lead (IC role). The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms, while independently managing key accounts and driving measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across marketplaces and quick commerce platforms
- Track and improve key growth metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Manage ad campaigns including keyword research, ad copy optimization, bidding strategies, and performance monitoring
- Oversee day-to-day campaign execution, uploads, and quality control
- Continuously test and optimize creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
- Monitor budgets and ensure efficient allocation of marketing spend across platforms
- Coordinate with teams for UTM tagging, attribution tracking, and campaign reporting
- Stay updated with platform updates, new tools, and industry trends
Requirements:
- 48 years of experience in Performance Marketing/Digital Marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, attribution models, and analytics
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in an IC role while handling ownership
Good to Have:
- Experience in e-commerce/D2C brands
- Knowledge of SEO and organic growth strategies
- Exposure to marketing automation tools
