What is the role?
As the Team Lead - International Business, you will drive global sales initiatives, forge strong international client partnerships, and drive business development. You will closely work with the members of the eCommerce, Brand Marketing and Design teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Job Description:
- Set up and scale Zouks international business operations end-to-end
- Drive international marketplaces with primary focus on Amazon Europe, Australia and Southeast Asia
- Explore US markets in a later phase as the business scales
- Onboard and manage global key accounts, driving international revenue growth
- Own complete account management including product listings, partnerships and performance tracking
- Lead negotiations, contracts and performance reporting for international clients
- Track global market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Offline retail exposure is a plus
- Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Coordinate with brand, order processing, finance and logistics teams
- Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and business meetings
Who are we looking for?:
An ideal candidate would be someone with the following:
- 4-7 years experience, with 2+ years of relevant international business exposure
- Background in FMCG / D2C / product / retail businesses
- Strong understanding of global D2C operations and international market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
