About the Role:

We are hiring a high-potential Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to join our Founder's Office and work directly with the Founders, You'll drive strategic projects, lead GTM for new brands, and manage cross-functional execution. If you're aiming to become a future founder or CXO, this role offers unparalleled exposure and ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

1 - Lead Strategic Projects: Own and deliver high-impact initiatives with visibility to founders and leadership.

2 - Launch New Brands: Take ownership of the "Building New Brands" vertical-develop GTM plans, coordinate execution, and scale new categories from zero to one.

3 - Cross-functional Leadership: Work across supply chain, R&D, production, marketing, and sales to bring new products to life.

4 - Market & Data Insights: Conduct research, analyze data, and benchmark competitors to inform decisions.

5 - Founder Support: Act as a right hand to the founders-managing key meetings, investor materials, and strategic updates.

6- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives to improve business operations.

7- Special Projects: Take on initiatives like fundraising support, M&A, or internal innovation programs as needed.

What We're Looking For:

- MBA from Tier 1 Colleges Preferred.

- 2-5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, founder's office, GTM, category management, or similar roles in high-growth startups.

- Deep understanding of sales/GTM execution and ability to lead initiatives independently.

- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

- Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and thrives in high-ownership environments.

- Experience in ecommerce or consumer brands (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, or similar).

- Prior ownership of a GTM plan or new category launch is a plus.

- Sell-side or category ownership experience in B2B or B2C startups is valuable.
