We're looking for a high-agency operator to work directly with the founders at Zouk as Chief of Staff.
This is a front-row seat to building and scaling a proudly Indian, 100% vegan D2C brand.
Who we're looking for:
- 2-3 years at McKinsey & Company / Boston Consulting Group / Bain & Company
- Someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking
What you'll do:
- Act as a strategic partner to the founders
- Drive critical, org-wide initiatives across teams
- Own problem-solving, planning, and execution end-to-end
- Bring clarity, structure, and speed to everything you touch
