Position Overview
- As a Sales specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
- You will be responsible for understanding the needs of potential customers, articulating the value proposition of our SaaS products, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- This role requires a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
- Proactively identify and target new business opportunities within the B2B and distribution market segments.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on how our products can address their specific needs and deliver tangible results.
- Understand clients business requirements and challenges to effectively conduct product demonstrations.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team
- Oversee end-to-end onboarding of customers, ensuring a seamless transition from closure to the first bill generation and successful utilization of the software.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline management, and revenue forecasts using CRM software.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, market insights, and competitive activities.
- Understanding of General Trade/Distribution business will be considered an added advantage
- Ensure smooth transition from lead to active customer, maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
- Oversee the product setup, including customization, configuration, and integration within the customers existing systems.
- Provide training to customer teams to ensure they are fully equipped to use ZoTok.

- Monitor initial product usage and provide support to ensure successful adoption and the collection of the first invoice
Requirements
Experience:
- Proven experience in managing and owning revenue targets, ensuring consistent achievement.
- Team Management: Experience in leading and managing a sales team, with strong leadership
skills.
- Sales Strategy: In-depth understanding of the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to product usage.
- Territory Focus: Experience in handling sales for the Indian market.
Educational Qualifications
- MBA graduate is required.
- Candidates with Engineering + MBA backgrounds will be given preference.
Additional Advantage:
- Candidates who have experience or insight into family-run businesses and have closely observed business operations will have an edge.
