Role Overview:

As the Operations Head, you will serve as the backbone of Zostel's service delivery, overseeing the end-to-end operational efficiency of our property network. You will work closely with regional managers, property owners, and central leadership to ensure that every guest touchpoint reflects our brand standards. Your day-to-day will involve balancing high-level strategic planning with on-ground execution, ensuring that our operational processes are scalable, cost-effective, and consistently deliver the high-energy, community-focused experience that defines our brand. This role is pivotal in driving business profitability while maintaining the high service benchmarks that keep our occupancy rates and guest satisfaction scores industry-leading.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor regional operations teams to ensure seamless property management and adherence to standardized service protocols across the entire network.

- Design and implement process excellence frameworks to optimize operational workflows, reducing overhead costs while enhancing the guest experience.

- Manage large-scale projects related to property onboarding, facility upgrades, and the rollout of new operational technology to ensure consistent growth.

- Analyze business operations data to identify performance bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions that improve property-level profitability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional departments including marketing, finance, and product to align operational capabilities with the company's broader business objectives.

- Oversee vendor management and supply chain logistics to ensure that all properties are equipped to meet the demands of high-volume travel seasons.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-site operations within the hospitality or service industry, showing a clear track record of scaling processes.

- Strong proficiency in general management, with the ability to manage P&L responsibilities and drive financial performance across diverse geographic locations.

- Exceptional project management skills, capable of handling multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strict timelines and quality standards.

- Proven expertise in process excellence, with a focus on implementing lean methodologies to improve operational efficiency and service consistency.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, enabling you to influence property partners and internal teams to achieve unified business goals.

- A background that includes 5 to 10 years of experience in high-growth environments, ideally supported by an educational pedigree from a premier institute.

- High adaptability to a fast-paced, on-site work environment in Gurgaon, with the willingness to travel as needed to oversee property operations.
