Zorba Consulting - Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with over 12 years of IT industry experience and a strong background in managing large-scale projects and leading enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate should possess excellent stakeholder management, delivery management, and team leadership skills. Experience in the Banking/Financial Services domain will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end project delivery for large and complex IT programs.

- Manage multiple cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

- Own project planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and project closure.

- Engage with senior client stakeholders and manage strategic customer relationships.

- Drive project governance, budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, and quality assurance.

- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget.

- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.

- Coordinate with business, technology, and operations teams to achieve project objectives.

- Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.

- Mentor project teams and promote best practices in project management.

Required Skills:

- Strong expertise in Project Management and IT Delivery.

- Proven experience managing large enterprise accounts.

- Experience handling multiple high-value projects simultaneously.

- Expertise in project planning, estimation, budgeting, risk management, and governance.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent Project Management certification is preferred.

- Experience in Banking/Financial Services projects is highly desirable.

- Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 15+ years of overall IT experience.

- Strong background in Project Management and Delivery Leadership.

- Experience leading large teams and enterprise accounts.

- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

- Banking domain experience is a significant advantage.
