Primary Title: Senior Marketing Mix Modeling Analyst.

- We partner with large consumer brands, retail, telecom and financial services to translate marketing investments into measurable business outcomes using econometrics, media-mix modeling and causal inference.

Experience level: 8+ years in marketing analytics / MMM / econometrics.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Marketing Mix Modeling engagements: scope projects, ingest & clean cross-channel media and sales data, engineer features, select and estimate models, and deliver validated ROI estimates and elasticities.
- Develop and maintain robust econometric and time-series models (OLS/GLS, hierarchical/Bayesian, state-space) to quantify marketing impact, seasonality, promotions, price effects and base demand.
- Translate model outputs into actionable media optimisation and budget-allocation scenarios; run simulations and present trade-offs to senior client stakeholders.
- Produce reproducible analysis and production-ready pipelines in R/Python with clear documentation, version control and model governance; ensure reproducibility and deployment-readiness.
- Design and implement holdout tests, uplift measurement, and geo/experiment-based validation to strengthen causal claims and model reliability.
- Mentor junior analysts, establish best-practice playbooks for model validation, and present concise executive-level recommendations to cross-functional teams.
Skills & Qualifications:
Must-Have:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Mix Modeling, econometrics or advanced marketing analytics with proven client-facing consulting experience.
- Strong programming skills in R or Python for statistical modeling (experience with statsmodels, scikit-learn, brms/PyMC/Stan is highly preferred) plus advanced SQL.
- Deep knowledge of media channels, promotions, pricing effects and practical implementation of elasticity-based optimisation.
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of translating technical results into clear business recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience with Bayesian hierarchical modeling, state-space models, and cloud-based analytics (AWS/GCP) or deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with experimentation (geo-experiments), marketing attribution frameworks and visualization tools (Tableau, Looker).
