About the Role Join our fast-paced product team as an Associate Product Manager, where you will own the vision, strategy, and execution for key features within our flagship platform. This is a foundational role for an aspiring product leader, blending business acumen, user empathy, and technical understanding to build world-class products that solve real customer problems. Key Responsibilities - Product Roadmap: Assist in defining and prioritizing the product roadmap based on business objectives, user needs, and market analysis. - Requirement Documentation: Translate high-level business goals into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and design teams. - Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage A/B testing, user analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, SQL), and customer feedback to track KPIs and inform product iterations. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the central hub, coordinating effectively with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Marketing, and Operations to ensure successful product launches. - Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of competitor moves and industry trends to identify new opportunities and maintain product differentiation. Required Qualifications - MBA/PGDM from a premier institute with a specialization in Strategy, Marketing, or IT/Operations is highly preferred. - 2-4 years of relevant experience; prior exposure to software development, data analytics, or a startup environment is a plus. - Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically. - A passion for technology and user-centric design
