About The Role:

We are looking for an Associate Manager - Analytics to work on a wide range of data analytics, data visualization, and business intelligence initiatives across multiple industries.

This role combines hands-on analytics with team leadership and client engagement, making it ideal for professionals who enjoy solving business problems through data while mentoring teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with clients to understand business context, objectives, and analytical requirements.

- Analyze and map end-to-end business processes using visual and structured formats.

- Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and solve them using statistical and machine learning techniques.

- Lead and manage a team of data analysts to deliver high-quality, client-ready solutions.

- Collaborate closely with data scientists and data engineers to embed analytics and AI into business decision-making processes.

- Ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and effective stakeholder communication.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

- Experience in developing and enhancing analytical algorithms and models to solve business problems.

- Ability to provide end-to-end analytical support across diverse industry domains and use cases.

Strong experience in generating data outputs such as:

- Data cleaning and preparation.

- Survey data processing, weighting, and variable recoding.

- Custom tabular views and cross-tabulations.

- Strong quantitative analysis skills with the ability to interpret and present insights clearly.

- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or Spotfire (any one).

- Strong working knowledge of MS SQL databases.

- Working knowledge of Python is a plus.

- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong communication skills with experience in storyboarding and client interactions.

Education & Experience:

- 4-6 years of relevant experience in analytics, with a strong focus on problem-solving and advanced analytics solutions.

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, MBA, or an advanced degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or an equivalent discipline.
