
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven and sharp professional to work directly with the founders on high-impact strategic initiatives. This role demands exceptional problem-solving ability, strong business acumen, and the capability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced, and unstructured environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the founders to drive key strategic, operational, and growth initiatives.
- Conduct deep business research, competitive analysis, and market intelligence to support decision-making.
- Build financial and business models to evaluate new opportunities, efficiency programs, and strategic hypotheses.
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects with high ownership and end-to-end execution.
- Identify business problems proactively and propose data-backed solutions.
- Prepare strategy decks, dashboards, and review documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless coordination across functions for high-priority tasks and initiatives.
- Maintain complete availability and responsiveness as required to meet business priorities.
Prerequisites:
- 4-5 years of professional experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, or high-growth startups.
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred (not mandatory for exceptional profiles).
- Strong problem-solving and first-principles thinking.
- High ownership mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and readiness to take on mission-critical tasks at short notice.
