Roles and Responsibilities: - Financial Planning & Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. - Collaborate with various departments to gather data, analyze trends, and provide insights for financial planning. - Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports and performance metrics for management. - Analyze variances between actuals and budget/forecast, and provide actionable recommendations. - Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including profitability analysis, cost analysis, and financial modeling. - Identify trends and key drivers impacting financial performance. - Business Partnering: Work closely with business units to understand their financial needs and challenges. - Provide financial support and guidance to assist in decision-making processes. - Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiencies within financial planning and reporting processes. - Implement best practices to streamline operations. - Ad Hoc Analysis: Support ad hoc financial analysis and projects as needed, including strategic initiatives and special assignments. Prerequisites: - 3-5 Years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role. - Strong financial and analytical skills with an advanced understanding of the financial planning process. - Possess a growth mindset with willingness to try new approaches. - Proven ability to navigate through ambiguity within a complex organization across variety of function and across various level of management. - Proactive and resilient. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Understand the business processes and utilize it to solve problems effectively. - Provide alternatives and recommendations based on best practices and application functionality.
