About Zopper
Zopper is a series D-funded startup in the insurtech space. We enable large B2C businesses to offer insurance to their customers. We do this by fusing insurance and technology seamlessly to provide end-to-end solutions to our Business partners.
Based on the need of Business Partner, we create the Product i.e. customised insurance plans by partnering with Insurance companies. We then integrate these customised Insurance plans with the tech systems of the Business partners by creating customised APIs on our SAAS platform.
Role Review :
We are looking for a seasoned Partnerships & Alliances leader to build, scale, and manage strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth, brand visibility, and long-term business value. The role will focus on identifying high-impact alliance opportunities, negotiating win-win partnerships and creating monetization-led ecosystems.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall partnerships and alliances strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify, on-board, and manage long-term strategic partners across BFSI, consumer brands, digital platforms.
- Create new revenue streams and monetization opportunities through partnerships
- Own partnership P&L, revenue targets, and performance metrics
- Conceptualize and execute co-branded campaigns, benefit programs, and reward structures
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution including partner on boarding, integration, launch, and post-campaign analysis
- Track performance and share actionable insights through detailed reports.
Prerequisites
- 8-12 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, business development or strategic sales
- Proven track record of building large-scale partnerships with leading brands and enterprises
- Experience in consumer internet, fintech, BFSI, e-commerce, insurtech preferred
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is desirable
