The talent acquisition team collaborated with business to identify, acquire, assess, and hire candidates to fill open positions within agreed SLAs. The team constantly engages with the business team to formulate strategies to fulfill current and future requirements in line with the organization goals. What does your day look like as a Senior Recruiter at ZoomRx? - You will be given complete ownership of the recruitment life cycle, for the roles assigned to you. - Oversee and facilitate full recruitment life cycle (from sourcing through offer closure) - Design and implement recruitment well-defined strategies to deliver a high-quality candidate experience - Develop strong working relationships with executive and interviewing team - Conduct regular follow-up with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs as well as evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and implementation - Deploy a multitude of diverse channels to identify strong job candidates, and excite them about our firm - Continuously leverage and maintain our applicant tracking system - Provide coaching and best practices for our interviewer team - Assist with ad-hoc projects within the People Team What do we look for in you? - Bachelor's/Masters degree - 3-6 years of experience in a talent acquisition role - You have hands-on experience in managing complete recruitment life-cycle - sourcing from various job-boards, cold outreach/ cold calling, scheduling interviews etc - You have experience providing a consultative recruiting approach with internal stakeholders. - You have experience working in the applicant tracking system Why is ZoomRx the place for you?
